Every massage is customized to meet your individual specific needs.
Kymberly easily determines where the body is holding any particular muscle tension and stress, or where the trigger points are located and then unties the knots.
Kym has been giving me whole body massages for 9 years. Occasionally, I'd try an ad, like Massage Envy, and would always return running back to Kym. She is always learning new treatments, expanding her vast knowledge of the human body.
She also seems to hone in on my body (energy) at the beginning of each 90 minute session and seems to intuitively know all the sore areas.
She is now developing whole natural foods for her family that taste wonderful.
I fear the day she tells me she's retiring, because I'd like to utilize her vast talents till we're quite old.

Stress is a major issue with most people and doesn't just go away. Stress will continue to accumulate unless a person learns to manage stress. It is not the stressors that are bad for us, it is how we deal with them. Many health issues arise through stress which in turn leads to dis-ease and illness. Massage is beneficial in dealing with the effects of stress as well as ongoing chronic conditions including headaches, anxiety, fibromyalgia, diabetes, fatigue, back, shoulder and neck pain.
Massage stimulates the circulatory system (blood flow) bringing oxygen and nutrients to the body's tissues, which in turn reduces physical stress and may lower blood pressure. Massage also assists in releasing toxins that are brought on by everyday stressors.

Massage Modalities
- Swedish or Circulatory Massage: A relaxing and rejuvenating massage using the soothing massage strokes, which quickly induce calmness and a state of tranquility. This type of massage brings softness to sore, tired muscles and joints.
- Deep Tissue Sculpting: targets chronically contracted muscles. It uses gentle pressure applied slowly to free muscle tension and adhesions. This allows the muscles to move more freely thus relieving pain.
- Jin Shin Acutouch: is a gentle touch applied to specific meridian points. When two separate points are held it aids the energy flow to regain its proper flow and pattern. This helps strengthen the body and the organs and enhances healing.
- Neuromuscular Therapy: is used for the treatment of trigger points and their pain patterns. Static pressure is applied to the areas of injury or strains, which releases the restraints. Some movement may be used to allow the freeing of chronic pain patterns such as Whiplash, Fibromyalgia, and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
- Craniosacral Therapy: is a gentle manual touch technique that helps re-align the body's soft tissues, along with supporting it in the corrections of imbalances and restrictions from the brain to the spinal cord. Craniosacral therapy is very effective in cases of whiplash, fibromyalgia, and internal imbalances. Craniosacral therapy provides healing to take place at a deep level.
- PNF Stretching: stands for Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. The client receives therapist facilitated stretching. The client is requested to contract a muscle against static resistance and then releasing when requested. This type of work increases flexibility, range of motion, and restores damaged or stiff muscles.
- Sports Massage: helps alleviate the stress and tension which build up in the muscles during physical activity. Each massage is designed to facilitate a specific sport and is customized to those specific activities and movements or that individual sport. Sports massage can help fatigued muscles recover faster, relieve swelling created by the exertion during the sport. Sports massage will also increase flexibility and enhance peak performance.
Hot Stone Therapy is when Heated Basalt stones are used to massage the body for a deep muscle softening.
- Hot Stone Therapy: Heated Basalt stones are used to massage the body for a deep muscle softening. The melting tension created when the warm stones are applied, creates a relaxing, healing, rejuvenating and profoundly relaxing treatment.
